Background

Pure is the main protagonist of the high-speed action side-scroller, SKYPEACE. Pure is a kindhearted girl who lives in a town far, far away from the giant world-class city of Eden, run by the KOTOBUKI Enterprise. In recent times, the rich people living in Eden have begun to pollute the skies by throwing away treasures they no longer find valuable, which calls Pure to action.

Called upon by her childhood best friend, Surf, the two decided that they could gather this discarded treasure, and use it to financially support the lives of everyone in their village. They obtained Flying Boards made using ancient technology, and used them to soar above the clouds in search of treasures; all the while avoiding attacks from KOTOBUKI's technological battalion.
