Things have a way of coming back to us in the end. If not always in the way we expect.
~ Luna Lovegood to Harry Potter

Background

Luna Lovegood was

Powers and Stats

Tier: 9-B, at least 8-A with magic

Name: Luna Lovegood

Origin: Harry Potter

Sex: Female

Age: 17

Classification: Witch

Attack Potency: Wall level physically (Should be comparable to his durability). At least Multi-City Block level (The Elder Wand is attracted to power and gives its allegiance to the more powerful wizard. As the master of the wand, Harry would naturally be more powerful than and scale to some of the most powerful wizards in the verse like Lord Voldemort and Albus Dumbledore by extension, as the Elder Wand became Harry’s during the Battle of Hogwarts. Lord Voldemort has blown a hole in Azkaban and Gellert Grindelwald, who Voldemort is superior to, has very casually covered Paris in banners. Dumbledore has casually created a fog over London, all of which Harry should easily scale to.Harry would be comparable to Credence Barebones, who, with a regular wand, broke part of a mountain.), possibly Large Town level with magic (Hogwarts has been stated to have been held up through magic, much like the Burrow. The caster is not stated but Harry, being a top tier of his verse, should scale to this.)

Dimensionality: 3-D

Travel Speed: Athletic Human (Spent a majority of his life running away from Dudley’s gang, was claimed to be ‘very fast’ [1]), Subsonic on his Firebolt (The Firebolt has an acceleration of 0 to 150 miles an hour in ten seconds [2]), Massively Hypersonic while Apparating (Harry Potter scales to Voldemort, who Apparated from the English Channel to Malfoy Manor, Apparition is a branch of magic that skilled wizards and witches can pull off, and there is not any big speed difference between them).

Combat Speed: Subsonic, likely Massively Hypersonic

Reaction Speed: Subsonic (Can react while flying his Firebolt), likely Massively Hypersonic (Can keep up with Voldemort in a duel and is recognized as more powerful than him. Voldemort has flown from Austria to the English Channel in a very short time, has created a lightning bolt which spread throughout the clouds, and should be comparable to other wizards, who have created objects that have been compared to shooting stars. Even if these aren’t truly shooting stars, they should be comparable in speed to be noticed at all in the atmosphere.)

Lifting Strength: Class 5 with Magic (Due to being on par with Voldemort and Dumbledore, Harry should scale to Grindelwald throwing a car.)

Striking Strength: Wall Class

Durability: Wall level physically (Survived being slammed through a brick wall by Nagini, tanked a hit from a Hungarian Horntail’s tail, which can shatter stone). At least Multi-City Block level, possibly Large Town level magically (Harry’s defensive magic comes from the same origin as his offensive magic, which should make Shield Charms, and his magic overall comparable to his more powerful spells. Voldemort and Dumbledore have duelled evenly, both of whom Harry scales to. Harry has even directly blocked an assault from Voldemort.)

Stamina: Very High (Harry has persevered and fought through great trials and suffering. Even after seeing Cedric Diggory murdered in front of him, had his leg bitten by an Acromantula, being exhausted by the third task and having his arm cut upon to revive Lord Voldemort, he still managed to face the Dark Lord in a duel and match him during Priori Incantatem. He has fought off dozens of soul-sucking, despair-inducing Dementors and effectively fought in the Battle of Hogwarts, even after seeing people he love die in front of him.)

Range: Standard Melee Range physically, Tens of meters with his spells, at least Tens of Kilometers with Apparition

Powers and Abilities:

Magic, Sheer Will, Human Achievements (Harry has become a Quidditch Captain, Champion of the Triwizard tournament, and an Auror), Accelerated Development (Learned powerful spells that even some adults can’t perform, such as the Patronus Charm, in a short time), Teleportation (Harry can apparate, which is considered a form of teleportation), Non-Physical Interaction (Harry can interact with Dementors and Patronus), Limited Animal Manipulation (Is a Parseltongue and can talk to/control snakes), Limited Extrasensory Perception (Harry’s scar could detect the presence and emotions of Voldemort), Resistance to Mind Manipulation (Has easily thrown off the Imperius Curse in his 4th year), Resistance to Telepathy (Learned how to shut his mind from the connection to Lord Voldemort after Dobby’s death), Limited Resistance to Possession (Voldemort could not bear to possess Harry due to him feeling love), Limited Resistance to Death Manipulation (Lily’s love for him made him temporarily resistant to the killing curse), Limited Resistance to Fear Manipulation (Harry can stand up to Voldemort, who strikes fear into people with his name alone)
Summoning (Accio summons objects to the caster), Fire Manipulation (Incendio conjures flames), Water Manipulation (Aguamenti conjures a jet of water from the wand), Air Manipulation (Ventus summons a strong jet of spiralling wind), Transmutation (With Transfiguration), Empathic Manipulation (Practised Cheering Charms in the 3rd year, the Patronus Charm summons a projection of positive emotions), Sound Manipulation (Practised Silencing Charms), Existence Erasure (The Vanishing Charm causes organic and inorganic material to vanish into ‘non-being’), Deconstruction (The Reductor Curse can turn solid objects into dust), Forcefield Creation (With the Shield Charm), One Hit Kill (With multiple spells such as the Reductor Curse), Explosion Manipulation (Confringo and Expulso both create large explosions), Pain Manipulation (Has used the Cruciatus Curse multiple times), Mind Manipulation (Used the Imperius Curse on a goblin), Paralysis Inducement (Knows the Full-Body Bind Curse, which instantly paralyses victims), Light Manipulation (Lumos conjures light from his wand tip), Healing, Limited Irreversible Damage (Body parts severed through Sectumsempra can’t be magically healed), Ice Manipulation (Accidentally turned wine into ice), Size Manipulation (Engorgio and Reducio both change the size of objects), Status Effect Inducement (Can stun, confuse and tickle people with certain spells), Telekinesis (Wingardium Leviosa levitates objects), Invisibility (With the Invisibility Cloak), Flight (With his Firebolt broomstick), Possibly Death Manipulation & Soul Manipulation (Is implied to know the Killing Curse, Avada Kedavra, and was taught the Unforgivable Curses in his 4th year. Harry has also performed the other 2 Unforgivable Curses, however, he has never used it in canon. The Killing Curse has destroyed the Horcrux inside Harry and was described as ripping Voldemort’s soul out of his body.)

Standard Equipment: Wand, Invisibility Cloak, Firebolt, Marauder’s Map

Intelligence: Gifted (Harry has performed many great feats at very young ages, his magical prowess even competing with Ministry Officials and Aurors while he was still a teenager. He perfected the Patronus Charm at just the age of 13 and has taught Dumbledore’s Army a number of powerful spells, including the Patronus, Shield and Reductor spells at the age of 15. Harry has led his friends on the hunt for Voldemort’s Horcruxes and evenly fought with many experienced and older wizards than him at the Battle of Hogwarts. In his O.W.L’s, Harry performed extremely well, getting top marks in Defense Against the Dark Arts, and high marks in other subjects such as Transfiguration, Potions, and Charms.)

Weaknesses: Harry requires glasses to see and is severely handicapped if they are lost or broken. Wands are strong but they can still be broken under extreme force, Harry’s own wand was snapped in half by Hermione’s Blasting Curse. Harry relies on his wand to channel his magic, and without it his magic is unfocused and almost impossible to use in combat. As an emotional person, Harry has trouble with, but is adequate in Occlumency and blocking out Voldemort, sometimes described as having a hot head.
