Regirock was sealed away by people long ago. If this Pokémon's body is damaged in battle, it is said to seek out suitable rocks on its own to repair itself.
Regirock is one of the five Legendary titans made by Regigigas along with Regice, Registeel, Regidrago and Regieleki. The Pokémon is made out of brown orange rocks with seven orange dots on its face resembling a capital H. Regirock is said to be able to repair it's own body with rocks he can find on the floor since he doesn't have a heart nor a brain. Regirock was sealed a long time ago by the humans, presumably by the fear of him, only to be found thousands of years later

Curse: Lowers the users speed but increases Defense and Attack, if used on a ghost Pokémon, it will induce a curse to remove 1/4 of their health each turn.
Stone Edge: The user will summon giant stone pillars to strike at the opponent.
Iron Defense: The user makes his body more durable, increase defense.
Explosion: Boom.
Lock-On: The user will no longer miss the next few moves.
Hammer Arm: The user swings its arm to strike the opponent.
Superpower: The user attacks the foe with great power. However, it also lowers the user's Attack and Defense.
Zap Cannon: Fires a ball of electricity.
Hyper Beam: Fires a strong laser at the opponent, unable to move next turn.
Block: The user blocks the foe's way with arms spread wide to prevent escape.
Confide: The user tells a secret to the opponent. The target loses its opportunity to concentrate, thus lowering his Special Attack.
Counter: A retaliation move that counters any physical attack, inflicting double the damage taken.
Double Team: By moving rapidly, the user makes illusory copies of itself to raise its evasiveness.
Focus Punch: The user focuses its mind before launching a punch. This move fails if the user is hit before it is used.
Gravity: This move enables Flying-type Pokémon or Pokémon with the Levitate Ability to be hit by Ground-type moves. Moves that involve flying can't be used.
Hidden Power: Through some mysterious power, this move changes type to deal super effective damage to the target.
Psych Up: The user hypnotizes itself into copying any stat change made by the target.
Return: A full-power attack that grows more powerful the more the user likes its Trainer.
Rock Polish: The user polishes its body to reduce drag. This can sharply raise the Speed stat.
Smack Down: The user throws a stone or similar projectile to attack the target. A flying Pokémon will fall to the ground when it's hit.
Shock Wave: The user strikes the target with a quick jolt of electricity. This attack never misses.
Swagger: The user enrages and confuses the target. However, this also sharply raises the target's Attack stat.
Toxic: A move that leaves the foe badly poisoned. This poison damage worsens every turn
*Fire Punch: The target is punched with a fiery fist. It may also leave the target with a burn.
Ice Punch: The target is punched with an icy fist. This may also leave the target frozen.
Thunder Punch: The target is punched with an electrified fist. This may also leave the target with paralysis.
Giga Impact: The user charges at the target using every bit of its power. The user must rest on the next turn.
Thunder Wave: The user launches a weak jolt of electricity that paralyzes the target.
Dig: The user burrows into the ground, then attacks on the next turn. It can also be used to exit dungeons.
Safeguard: The user creates a protective field that prevents status conditions for five turns.
Rock Smash: The user attacks with a punch that may lower the target’s Defense stat. It’s also one of the Pokétch’s hidden moves.
Power-Up Punch: Striking opponents over and over makes the user's fists harder. Hitting a target raises the Attack stat.
Natural Gift: The user draws power to attack by using its held Berry. The Berry determines the move's type and power.
Secret Power: The user attacks the target with a secret power. Its additional effects vary depending on the user's environment.
Strength: The target is slugged with a punch thrown at maximum power. This move can also be used to move boulders.
Self Destruct: The user attacks everything around it by causing an explosion. The user faints upon using this move.
Rest: The user goes to sleep for two turns. This fully restores the user's HP and heals any status conditions.
Rock Slide: Large boulders are hurled at opposing Pokémon to inflict damage. This may also make the opposing Pokémon flinch.
Snore: This attack can be used only if the user is asleep. The harsh noise may also make the target flinch.
Protect: This move enables the user to protect itself from all attacks. Its chance of failing rises if it is used in succession.
Sandstorm: A five-turn sandstorm is summoned to hurt all combatants except Rock, Ground, and Steel types. It raises the Sp. Def stat of Rock types.
Sunny Day: The user intensifies the sun for five turns, powering up Fire-type moves. It lowers the power of Water-type moves.
Facade: This attack move doubles its power if the user is poisoned, burned, or paralyzed.
Brick Break: The user attacks with a swift chop. It can also break barriers, such as Light Screen and Reflect.
Rock Tomb: Boulders are hurled at the target. It also lowers the target's Speed by preventing its movement.
Sand Tomb: The user traps the target inside a harshly raging sandstorm for four to five turns.
Rock Blast: The user hurls hard rocks at the target. Two to five rocks are launched in a row.
Fling: The user flings its held item at the target to attack. This move's power and effects depend on the item.
Drain Punch: An energy-draining punch. The user's HP is restored by half the damage taken by the target.
Round: The user attacks the target with a song. Others can join in the Round to increase the power of the attack.
Bulldoze: The user strikes everything around it by stomping down on the ground. This lowers the Speed stats of those hit.
Stomping Tantrum: Driven by frustration, the user attacks the target. If the user's previous move has failed, the power of this move doubles.
Thunderbolt: A strong electric blast crashes down on the target. This may also leave the target with paralysis.
Thunder: A wicked thunderbolt is dropped on the target to inflict damage. This may also leave the target with paralysis.
Earthquake: The user sets off an earthquake that strikes every Pokémon around it.
Substitute: The user creates a substitute for itself using some of its HP. The substitute serves as the user's decoy.

Stealth Rock: The user lays a trap of levitating stones around the opposing team. The trap hurts opposing Pokémon that switch into battle.
