He can utilize the C.A.P.P.E.R and the Batsaber, both of which can vaporize human beings, which requires this much energy. Most of the other mercs also sport weapons of doing so; a solid amount of these weapons are outdamaged by others. His weapons should easily be capable of piercing through Heavy's body, with Heavy having managed to briefly hold back a charging locomotive; his weapons should also be far superior to the frag grenade utilized by several mercenaries in Team Fortress Classic), likely Building level (The weapons of the mercs that are capable of vaporiziation can also vaporize giant mvm robots.
