Background
Regirock is one of the five Legendary titans made by Regigigas along with Regice, Registeel, Regidrago and Regieleki. The Pokémon is made out of brown orange rocks with seven orange dots on its face resembling a capital H. Regirock is said to be able to repair it's own body with rocks he can find on the floor since he doesn't have a heart nor a brain. Regirock was sealed a long time ago by the humans, presumably by the fear of him, only to be found thousands of years later

- Curse: Lowers the users speed but increases Defense and Attack, if used on a ghost Pokémon, it will induce a curse to remove 1/4 of their health each turn.
- Stone Edge: The user will summon giant stone pillars to strike at the opponent.
- Iron Defense: THe user makes his body more durable, increase defense.
- Explosion: Boom.
- Lock-On: The user will no longer miss the next few moves.
- Hammer Arm: The user swings its arm to strike the opponent.
- Superpower: The user attacks the foe with great power. However, it also lowers the user's Attack and Defense.
- Zap Cannon: Fires a ball of electricity.
- Hyper Beam: Fires a strong laser at the opponent, unable to move next turn.
- Block: The user blocks the foe's way with arms spread wide to prevent escape.
- Confide: The user tells a secret to the opponent. The target loses its opportunity to concentrate, thus lowering his Special Attack.
- Counter: A retaliation move that counters any physical attack, inflicting double the damage taken.
- Defense Curl: The user curls up to conceal weak spots and raise its Defense stat
- Double Team:By moving rapidly, the user makes illusory copies of itself to raise its evasiveness.
- Double-Edge: A reckless, life-risking tackle in which the user rushes the target. This also damages the user depending on the damage dealt.:

- Headbutt: The user sticks out its head and attacks by charging straight into the target. It may also make the target flinch.
- Hidden Power: Through some mysterious power, this move changes type to deal supereffective damage to the target.
- Mimic: The user copies the target's last move. The move can be used during battle until the Pokémon is switched out.
- Mud-Slap: The user hurls mud in the target's face to inflict damage and lower its accuracy.
- Natural Gift: The user draws power to attack by using its held Berry. The Berry determines the move's type and power.
- Power-Up Punch: Striking opponents over and over makes the user's fists harder. Hitting a target raises the Attack stat.
- Psych Up: The user hypnotizes itself into copying any stat change made by the target.
- Return: A full-power attack that grows more powerful the more the user likes its Trainer.
- Rock Polish: The user polishes its body to reduce drag. This can sharply raise the Speed stat.
- Rock Smash: The user attacks with a punch that may lower the target’s Defense stat. It’s also one of the Pokétch’s hidden moves.
- Rollout: The user continually rolls into the target over five turns. It becomes more powerful each time it hits.
- Smack Down: The user throws a stone or similar projectile to attack the target. A flying Pokémon will fall to the ground when it's hit.
- Secret Power: The user attacks the target with a secret power. Its additional effects vary depending on the user's environment.
- Seismic Toss: The target is thrown using the power of gravity. It inflicts damage equal to the user's level.
- Shock Wave: The user strikes the target with a quick jolt of electricity. This attack never misses.
- Strength: The target is slugged with a punch thrown at maximum power. This move can also be used to move boulders.
- Swagger: The user enrages and confuses the target. However, this also sharply raises the target's Attack stat.
- Toxic: A move that leaves the foe badly poisoned. This poison damage worsens every turn
*Mega Punch: The target is slugged by a punch thrown with muscle-packed power.
*Meteor Beam: In this two-turn attack, the user gathers space power and boosts its Sp. Atk stat, then attacks the target on the next turn.

Background
Registeel is one of the five Legendary titans made by Regigigas along with Regirock, Regice, Regidrago and Regieleki. The Pokémon is made out of light gray metal around it with a darker metal inside it's body with seven red dots on its face resembling an hexagonal shape. Registeel's body is said to be harder than any metal on the planet, with an hollow body and unknown food source, if he has one. Regice was sealed a long time ago by the humans, presumably by the fear of him, only to be found thousands of years later
