King Minos felt that eternal suffering was unfair and unreasonable for those whose only sin was loving another. After the disappearance of God, as the angels were lost and heaven was in chaos, Minos began his efforts to reform the lust layer.
The Lust renaissance was prosperous, as King Minos guided its inhabitants to come together and build a new civilization. The combined efforts of the countless who have been damned to the second layer bore great results as the grand city of Lust grew and grew.
However, after the council took control of heaven and brought stability to it through their iron fist rule, they saw that Minos had gone against God's will by freeing sinners from the punishment that God had designed for them.
Gabriel, the brightest of the angels, was sent to kill Minos. The king, rather than fight back, tried to reason with him, but Gabriel mercilessly struck him down without listening.
As Minos' will was strong enough to attempt to stand up to heaven's rule, the angels chose to imprison his soul in an attempt to stop it from forming into a prime soul and appointed Gabriel as the new Judge of Hell.
From the prison inside his own body, Minos helplessly watched as his soulless corpse, now controlled by parasites, tore apart everything he had worked so hard to build, cursing his own weakness for failing to protect his own people, vowing to take revenge...

"...Gabriel struck down Minos, his flesh torn asunder with torrents of crimson pooling at his feet as we all cried out for clarity. 'Justice,' Gabriel decreed to all, with our just ruler writhing in wailing agony, 'The Lord's Will be done.' We watched on in horror as Minos lay broken, now waning, screaming in defiance of God's Will, Gabriel."

“
Once the great and beloved king of the Lust layer, Minos has now been reduced to a shambling corpse.
Due to his incredible power of will and status as a just ruler in life remembered even millennia after his death, the manifestation of his soul is the largest Husk to ever have been recorded.
Small traces of the original soul can still be detected in the body, but the corpse itself is animated and controlled entirely by the snakelike Parasites that he once commanded.
Despite once bringing upon the renaissance of the Lust layer, his corpse now only seeks sinners to punish.

TYPE: PRIME SOUL
Data:
A prime soul is an incredibly rare occurrence in which a soul amasses so much power that it no longer requires a Husk as a vessel to manifest physically.
As manifestations of pure will, prime souls are incredibly powerful, to the point that even the prideful angels see them as a threat and will use any means necessary to stop them from forming.

"Ah... free at last. O Gabriel... now dawns thy reckoning, and thy gore shall glisten before the temples of man! Creature of steel, my gratitude upon thee for my freedom. But the crimes thy kind have committed against humanity are not forgotten! And thy punishment... is death!"
Minos lived in the layer of Lust, believing that eternal torture was too harsh for sinners. Upon God's disappearance and the chaos of Heaven, Minos decided to build a new society where sinners could live in peace. However, upon the return of Heaven's stability, they saw Minos betraying the will of God and thus Gabriel was ordered to strike him down
Upon his death, his husk was the biggest husk in the layers of hell, with only purpose to punish sinners and destroy the layer of lust that Minos once built up. This husk serves as the Final Boss of the Lust layer 2-4
Due to his willpower becoming strong enough to stand up to Heaven, his soul was stuck inside the Flesh Prison that the angels built, fated to watch desperately as everything he once built up, destroyed. Minos vowed to take revenge for all of his people. Minos Prime is the Final Boss of the first Chapter P-1.
Codex Statistics
Key:King Minos | Corpse of King Minos | Minos Prime
Alignment:Lawful Neutral (Minos is the sole judge of hell, he is the one who decides if someone goes to Heaven or in Hell by looking at someone's sin, judging them over their entire life. However, this was a role given by the will of God himself and cannot make decisions on his own outside of his role of judge. Minos belives eternal suffering is too harsh for the people who's only sin if loving, this encouraged him into making a plan to bring the people of hell salvation | Unaligned as The Corspe of King Minos (In this form, Minos is only a mindless Corspe with only a will to find sinners and punish them)
Durability:Large Building Class (Should be vastly more durable than the Ferryman and Sisyphean Insurrectionist | Large Building Class (Can survive multiple hits from V1) | Large Building Class (Far more durable than before)
Striking Strength:Large Building level | Large Building level | Large Building level
Reaction Speed:Massively Hypersonic (Vastly superior to Ferryman's) | At most Relativistic+ (Should be able to dodge attacks from V1) | At most Relativistic+
Range:Standard Melee physically | Tens of Meters physically (With Giant Size), Hundreds of meters with Hell-Energy and Homing projectiles, Kilometers with Light Manipulation | Extended Melee physically, Tens of Meters with explosions and shockwaves, Hundred of Meters with Homing Snakes
Intelligence:Extraordinary Genius Intelligence (Minos has been alive for billion of years as the sole judge of hell, he is capable of seeing and memorizing every single actions within the living world and hell making him able to punish creatures based on what they have commited, even if said things aren't sentients such as robots. making King Minos knowlegeable to everything humanity has ever done, studied or created. | Mindless in his Corpse (The Corspe of Minos does not have a mind, only a will to punish sinners)
"Judgement!": Minos rapidly goes towards V1 and performs an explosive dropkick, dealing more damage the closer V1 is towards the center. Minos is airborne after teleporting, and can follow-up with an Overhead, "Die!/Crush!" or a serpent. This attack can be Parried. If Minos does not follow-up with any of these attacks, he will have a short recovery window independent of his current stamina.
"Die": Minos aims at V1 before instantly slamming towards them, creating a ground shockwave on impact. Minos briefly stops tracking V1 before the slam comes out, allowing the slam to be avoided. This attack can hit the wall or ceiling, causing the shockwave to be created there and cancelling Minos' recovery animation.
"Crush!": A variant of "Die!" used if V1 is too close when initiated. It goes straight down, creating a large explosion which deals 50 damage rather than 30.
Serpent: Minos Prime releases a serpentine projectile that homes in on V1; the longer it exists, the tighter its homing gets. It will persist until colliding with a surface or V1. It can be Parried, making it a good source of health.
"Prepare thyself!": A two-kick combo followed by a parriable Serpent. The kicks have a chance of launching V1 into the air should they hit, and if V1 is airborne at any point during the kicks, Minos will instead interrupt the combo to do an Uppercut instead, removing the parry opportunity at the end of the combo.
"Thy end is now!": A four-punch combo; the last punch can be Parried, though V1 will still have to dodge away to avoid damage. Similar to the previous combo, the punches have a chance of sending V1 into the air, and if V1 is airborne at any point during first three punches, Minos will cancel the combo into an Uppercut, removing the parry opportunity of the final hit.
Uppercu: Minos Prime goes toward V1 and attempts a single hit; if it connects, V1 gets launched high into the air along with Minos. A Ground Slam can be used to cancel V1's upward momentum.
Overhead: Minos goes directly above V1 and does a straight down attack after a sound cue accompanied with a blue flash. This move only is used while Minos is aerial.
Other
Weakness: None notable
Note: Contrary to popular belief, Minos Prime does not teleport, it is simply able to move much faster than V1's own reaction speed
