Intelligence: Average academically (Shown to be lazy and struggle with keeping good grades in his classes, however, he is a skilled mathematician and is clever enough to figure out what meaning lies behind the advice of the Nomicon, in part to his ability to figure out riddles), Above Average street smarts (Is quick-witted and intuitive when it comes social situations, is usually the one thinking of plans and solutions and can solve the numerous problems that happen if an action causes something bad to occur, and has a high amount of common sense), Gifted combat-wise (Shown to be a quick thinker in combat who can create new techniques and become smarter in the heat of battle)

Standard Tactics: Randy is a freestyle fighter, using his environment to his advantage and uses almost everything around him to gain the upper hand in battle. He will also use whatever his weapons, tools, and techniques is suited against his opponent.

Weaknesses: Overconfident and is easily distracted. Has a fear of chickens. If he abuses his ninja power, he'll lose it. If his Ninja Mask is removed his suit will be removed as well. However, a portion of his powers remain.

Notable Attacks/Techniques:

• Ninja Air First: Creates a powerful blast of air, strong enough to pierce metal
• Ninja Rage: In this mode, Randy is able to create fire-based attacks
  • Ninja Tengu Fireball: Fires a large destructive fireball from his hands, possibly exploding on impact
• Earth Attack: Allows him to control the earth around him, creating sand ninjas and even a giant highly regenerative sand worm.
• Art of Disguise: Can change his appearance by controlling his facial hair
• Art of Healing: Blasts a being with a beam that can heal organisms or injuries and even resurrect the dead
• Ninja Puking Poke: By hitting specific areas of the opponents body with his scarf, he can cause them to involuntarily vomit. This attack has even been shown to work on machinery
• Art of Stealth: Can turn invisible by camouflaging himself to sneak away from a corner
• Hydro Hand: Can create a blast of water in the shape of a hand, can completely douse Tengu Fireball, can immediately change into solid ice; covered a small street area with ice and caused giant Robot to slip
