Shelke Rui, also known as Shelke the Transparent of the Tsviets, is an antagonist turned protagonist of the Compilation of Final Fantasy VII, starring in Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII.

Spirit Energy Physiology, which grants: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Blessed (Everyone born into the world is blessed with Spirit Energy), Sheer Will (Willpower alone can be enough to fight off Mako poisoning, and the will of Jenova. Those with a strong enough will can retain their sense of self after dying and returning to the Lifestream), Memory Manipulation, Energy Manipulation, Rage Power, & Aura (Limit Breaks are born of memories, are comprised of Spirit Energy, and are unleashed when the user's anger is pushed to the limit. They give off an aura when used), Non-Physical Interaction (Characters can interact with the souls of the Gi Tribe), Regeneration Negation (Mid-High; Jenova can regenerate itself fully so long as its cells remain, as Cloud Strife participates in Jenova's Reunion despite only containing her cells. Standard Equipment

• EM Sabers: A pair of two metallic rods that act as Shelke's main forms of weaponry, that are connected via a glowing orange string. These sabers can be ignited and glow with intense orange energy, allowing for her to shock her opponents with every strike. They are powerful laser blades, though any contact with water can put them out and leave them as simple metal batons.

• Shield Materia: A small orb of condensed Mako energy, which has a peculiar orange coloration not seen in any other Materia. With this Materia, Shelke can create a barrier around herself that protects her from all forms of harm, to the extent that she compares its protective power to the potency of Azul's field barrier. Having this activated can also protect her from the power of darkness, as seen when she was absorbed by Nero the Sable.
