Background

Electro Specter is the seventh Sanctuary Boss in MOTHER 2 (localized as EarthBound). It guards Lumine Hall, the seventh Your Sanctuary. It begins the battle with PSI Shield β already active, making offensive PSI largely ineffective. The Electro Specter can use some of the special machines that are exclusive to Jeff. Once it is defeated, Ness's party can progress to Lumine Hall and record the seventh piece of the Sound Stone's melody.

Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Power Absorption (All “Your Sanctuary” bosses suck all of the energy out of each sanctuary spot), Electricity Manipulation (Can use an electrical shock attack, which is the equivalent of PSI Thunder B), Life Manipulation (Drains some HP from all party members and gives it to the Electro Specter with the hungry HP sucker), Power Nullification (Cancels all active PSI effects with the neutralizer).



Resistance to Fire Manipulation, Ice Manipulation, Light Manipulation, Paralysis Inducement, Mind Manipulation, and Sleep Manipulation (Has a low resistance to PSI Fire & Freeze. Has a 50% resistance to Brainshock. Has a high resistance to hypnosis. Has an immunity to flash and brainshock)

Standard Tactics: Starts off with a PSI Shield Beta already active. The Electro Specter can use some of the special machines that are exclusive to Jeff.
