This is a Fanon list made off the popular debate topic/meme of "Can they beat Goku?".

There exists an on-going thread to discuss matchup ideas for him. Any character is allowed no matter how ridiculous, as the meme itself, is ridiculous.

Guidelines:

For a character to be added to the tiers, matches have to have the following:
- They MUST be the latest version of Goku, you can also include strongest if you want (mainly universe tree amplification) but usually the meme is in regards to the main anime Goku. A character beating Kid Goku as an example wouldn't end up on this list.
- No restrictions for Goku. If speed had to be equalized they cannot go on this list. If any ability or technique of Goku's had to be restricted they cannot go on this list.
- If a character has beaten another character from DB that's stronger then Goku (I.E. - Beerus), they'd be fine to be added onto the list. Though for the sake of not making it a boring add, it is highly suggested to just keep it to Goku matches.
