Background

The Father is the main antagonist and the final boss of the 2007 2D platform indie game I Wanna Be The Guy. He was The Guy (the position of power), until his demise by his own son. The Father kills his own father, The Former Grandfather The Guy, to become the new Guy.

• Light Balls: The Father in his second form shoots out two light balls that home in on the target.

• Eye Brows: The Father in his second form can control his eyebrows to shield off damage to his eyes.

Other

Standard Tactics: The Father begins the fight by firing a single shot at the opponent, and then dropping a grenade on the floor, causing pillars of fire to erupt while jumping over to the opponent. After the throw, he will begin running back and forth across the room at high speed if the opponent is on the ground, otherwise he will shoot if they're in the air. He will then unleash a spread of giant bullets. In his second form he will fire a volley of fireballs along with homing light balls and shooting out spikes from his mouth.

Weaknesses: In his second form, his eyes are his weakness. Otherwise nothing notable.
