“ | Regice cloaks itself with frigid air of -328 degrees Fahrenheit. Things will freeze solid just by going near this Pokémon. Its icy body is so cold, it will not melt even if it is immersed in magma. | „ |
~ Regice's Alpha Sapphire Pokedex entry |
Background
Regice is one of the five Legendary titans made by Regigigas along with Regirock, Registeel, Regidrago and Regieleki. The Pokémon is made out of blue white ice with seven yellow dots on its face resembling a +. Regice is said to have been created in the Ice Age with an average temperature of -328 degrees and fire won't melt it. Regice was sealed a long time ago by the humans, presumably by the fear of him, only to be found thousands of years later

- Stomp: Stomps the enemy.
- Amnesia: The user temporarily empties its mind to forget its concerns. It sharply raises the user's Sp. Def stat.
- Curse: Lowers the users speed but increases Defense and Attack, if used on a ghost Pokémon, it will induce a curse to remove 1/4 of their health each turn.
- Blizzard: A howling blizzard is summoned to strike opposing Pokémon. This may also leave the opposing Pokémon frozen.

- Toxic: A move that leaves the foe badly poisoned. This poison damage worsens every turn
- Signal Beam: The user attacks with a sinister beam of light. This may also confuse the target.
Other
Weaknesses: Ice types are weak to fire, rock, fighting, and steel type moves
