Attack Potency: Varies on the target he mimics (Copies the powers of targets throughout all of infinite history and beyond, this could put him at the lower tiered bosses as he does in the game or potentially reaching the higher tiered beings in Chrono), City Block level (Potency) at the lowest (Can copy early game bosses who are all superior to Yakra who can cause massive earthquakes just from screaming and moving) to Multi-Continent level (Potency) (His awakening caused destruction to the entire planet, making a bleak future, which turned the sky black which relates to atmosphere destruction, which ranges from 10^26 joules to 10^29 joules depending on the type of atmosphere destruction), possibly Far Higher with his own powers (Prior feats were done through him waking up, stated to have limitless power. Stated to have been absorbing the energy of the earth of eons growing ever-stronger) | At least Universe level (Buster) (His mere entrance overloaded the timeline, noted that his offensive power was incalculable by Robo, devours dreams from a distant dimension which are alternate universes). Will eventually become Multiverse level (Buster) Overtime (Schala remarks that all of existence would be destroyed which has a cosmology of this size, this is likely in reference to the fact that Dream Devourer Lavos is on the way to becoming the Time Devourer) | At least Universe level (Buster) (Vastly upscales from the likes of FATE and Lynx, the latter of who can cast moves such as Forever Zero, which sends one to an alternate universe with multiple galaxies in the background that is all completely destroyed into nothingness with the description for it even saying “all things will become eternal nothingness). Multiverse level (Buster) Overtime (Exists in the darkness beyond time and was going to destroy everything from there, with the cosmology reaching this size) | At least Universe level (Buster) (Far stronger than before). Multiverse level Overtime (If Serge loses to Lavos, he would’ve absorbed Serge along with the Chrono Cross, which merged all the universes into a single dimension, to where the real world was merged where even the developers show up, with the cosmology reaching this size)
Durability: Varies on the target he mimics, City Block level at the lowest to Multi-Continent level (Can take multiple hits from Crono and co. Can survive his own rains of destruction), possibly Far Higher with his own powers | At least Universe level | At least Universe level | At least Universe level
Striking Strength: Varies on the target he mimics (Copies the targets of whoever throughout all of infinite history and beyond, this could put him at the lower tiered bosses as he does in the game or potentially reaching the higher tiered beings in Chrono), City Block Class (Potency) at the lowest to Multi-Continent Class (Potency), possibly Far Higher with his own powers | At least Universe Class (Buster) | At least Universe Class (Buster) | At least Universe Class (Buster)
Lifting Strength: Varies on the target he mimics, Class G, possibly Far Higher with his own powers (Lavos is the mammon machine and the core energy of Zeal, which keeps the continent floating in the sky) | At least Class G, possibly Far Higher | At least Class G, possibly Far Higher
Travel Speed: Varies on the target he mimics, Peak Human at the lowest to Unknown: True level with his own powers, Faster Than Light flight speed (Flew from a distant solar system in around 20 seconds) | Unknown: True level, Faster Than Light flight speed | Unknown: True level, Faster Than Light flight speed | Unknown: True level, Faster Than Light flight speed
Attack Speed: Varies on the target he mimics, Peak Human at the lowest to Unknown: Undefinable with his own powers (Can tag Crono and co.) | Unknown: Undefinable | Unknown: Undefinable | Unknown: Undefinable
Reaction Speed: Varies on the target he mimics, Peak Human at the lowest to Unknown: Undefinable with his own powers (Exists in the black omen which flows across all temporal dimensions and transcends space-time, existing outside of the flow of time itself. Along with the black omen being stated to “straddle time”) | Unknown: Undefinable | Unknown: Undefinable (Exists and moves in the darkness beyond time, a realm beyond dimensions and beyond the regular multiverse where there is no beginning or end) | Unknown
Stamina: Varies on the target he mimics, At least Superhuman+ (Lavos’ very energy is what causes Zeal to float and has been keeping it floating for years, constantly feeds off the energy of the earth and the DNA of the people), Limitless with Vigora (Temporarily stops Lavos’ stamina from decreasing)
Range: Varies on the target he mimics, Tens of Meters through sheer size, Planetary with Rains of Destruction (His rains of destruction could extend across the entire planet), Multiversal+ with abilities (Ripped dimensions apart and hurled back future cities such as Chronopolis ten thousand years back in time, along with hurling cities from alternate dimensions back into the past thousands of years ago. Through harnessing the Frozen Flame's energy, even the scientists of the El Nido Archipelago would be able to have complete control over space-time across the timelines, said artifact being a fragment of Lavos), Multiversal+ with Battlefield Removal and possibly other abilities (Can send one to the Darkness Beyond Time, which resides here in the multiverse) | Tens of Meters through sheer size, Multiversal+ (Devours dreams from a distant dimension. Dreams are a the manifestation of reality itself and every single thing is dreaing the dream of "life" itself and those things are just a dream of the dream of the planet where all things return to Zuran, the sea of dreams. Schala wished to destroy all of existence which would encompass this size) | Tens of Meters through sheer size, Multiversal+ | Tens of Meters through sheer size, Multiversal+ with abilities (The Chrono Cross merged all universes into a higher hierarchal universe, to where the real world was merged where even the developers show up)
Intelligence: Cosmic Intelligence (Despite Lavos animalistic tendencies, it is an extremely intelligent parasite, being the very reason for the evolution of humanity while also surveying said evolution so it could gain the DNA of all organisms on the planet and evolve into a higher lifeform, all the while it is the creator of elements in Chrono Trigger. As the Frozen Flame is a piece of Lavos, he has a complete perspective of the infinite timelines of the multiverse, perceiving every time period and alternate selves there are. Lavos has shown himself being capable of looking throughout time and perfectly replicating attacks and futuristic technology before it even existed. Knew about Crono and co.’s plan to defeat him and counter acted with a back up plan)
Knowledge: Cosmic level
Weaknesses: The people he mimics he also share their weaknesses. If Schala is removed from Lavos and then all of the multiverse is conceptually merged then Lavos will be defeated once and for all incapable of coming back.
Note: There has been some questioning on the validity of whether Lavos summoned alternate versions of himself or just revived parts of himself as the official bs Chrono Trigger character library notes the pod on the right as the "true form" of Lavos along with his ability to to revive parts of him being shown during his first phase. However this misses some key points regarding the way he revives the pods back. The way he revives his helpers is them simply coming back from nothing and continuing the fight, however the way Lavos "revives" the pods is opening up a time gate bringing them back, along with this the entire fight is based off the center shifting through time itself, with this what "Lavos true form" moreso likely means is that this is the true Lavos of the timeline and the others are alternative timeline Lavos'.
Note 2: Lavos' rains of destruction feat that reaches across the entire planet didn't life wipe as there's humans still around but also, 2300 A. D. shows a lot of the planet wasn't destroyed in the conventional sense. A lot of vehicles and technology still work and the overall landscape while very bleak, isn't fully destroyed, thus there's no way to say he significantly affected the overall planet enough to warrant a High 6-A rating, however due to it greatly affecting the atmosphere, it does grant High 6-A.
Note 3: There has also been questioning on Lavos creating the time gates due to a scene where Robo makes note that he thinks them saying Lavos creating the time gates is wrong, this is however contradicted by the scene of Lavos landing and a time gate appearing from where he landed and a time gate existing in him, along with this it's a purely theoretical idea posed by Robo never further expanded upon while Lavos has tangible evidence and has full control over space-time. Thus we have disregarded Robo's statement.
