Background

Garu is a 12-year-old boy (Turns 13 in the Episode "Cursed Tie"). He is the deuteragonist in the Pucca series, playing the unwilling love interest of Pucca. He is a skilled, shy, and a quite serious-natured ninja who is Abyo's best friend. He speaks in grunts due to taking what's known as the "Vow of Silence" and is Sooga Village's residential hero.

Standard Tactics: Garu uses his garuision illusion technique along with various sword strikes and shruiken attacks.

Weaknesses: Can be fooled into doing things if he's told it'll bring him "Great Honor" or that he lacks honor. If he realizes Pucca is near he'll tend to find a way to flee. His clones can be manipulated into not obeying him with certain machines or powers and he will be unable to return them.

Garu started running at 1:40 and returned back by 6:10, meaning it took him approximately 4 minutes and 30 seconds. The earth's circumference is 40,075 km, so 40,075 km/258s = 155.32945736434109563 km/s or Mach 452. It should be noted that arguments like cinematic timing cannot be used as in the episode no official timeframe is shown to past and the characters stay in the same position from when Garu started his run, thus it'd be ridiculous to assume that this did not take place in the timeframe given.
