Background

Dabura is a demonic entity spawned in the Demon Realm, who served for thousands upon thousands of years as the King of the Demon Realm. Though the Realm itself is mysterious and unknown, Dabura was an incredibly evil and belligerent ruler, with a heart filled with evil.

Unfortunately, this heart of evil was turned against Dabura, once he encountered the alien wizard, Babidi. Using his evil magic, Babidi was able to twist Dabura’s evil heart under his control; granting him an “M” on his forehead, and the title of Majin.

Dabura would go on to serve under Babidi blindly, including Babidi’s invasion of Earth, where he and Babidi’s other minions were tasked with gathering energy to reawaken Majin Buu. Dabura eventually was pitted against Son Gohan, who he toyed with for a while before abruptly leaving the fight.

Unbeknownst to the heroes, Dabura had sensed the evil heart within the Saiyan, Vegeta, and revealed this to Babidi, which led to the creation of Majin Vegeta. Once Majin Vegeta gathered enough energy, Majin Buu was unleashed. However, he was absolutely nothing like Dabura imagined.

Feeling insulted by Majin Buu’s innocence and toddler-like nature, Dabura decided that Buu would need to be taken out, as he would be incredibly dangerous to both he and Babidi if left unchecked. Dabura’s attempt to stop Majin Buu, however, was horribly ill-fated. Before he even knew it, Buu had transformed the Demon King into candy, and ate him.

Following his death, Dabura was sent to Other World, where King Yemma decided that he would enjoy Hell too much, and so sent him to Heaven. Now free from Babidi’s control, and surrounded by the goodness of Hell, Dabura began to see the error of his ways.

Slowly but surely, Dabura became an extremely pure and benevolent being, who would go on to help the heroes look for Son Gohan, when they encountered him in Other World. He regretted his actions deeply, truly having become a good person. He was likely revived when a wish was made on the Dragon Balls to bring back all those with a good heart, who were killed by Majin Buu.

Though he does find pleasure in combat, he will immediately turn-tail and leave a battle if he is instructed to, or if he feels that fighting is no longer necessary), Neutral Good in Heaven (Dabura is a benevolent leader, seemingly always happy and always vouching for peace. He doesn't appear to have a strict moral code, nor does he act selfishly, merely spreading peace wherever he goes and acting pleasant to those he meets)

Dimensionality: 3-D

Attack Potency: Star level (Was stated that his maximum power was likely equal to Super Perfect Cell, possibly even far stronger, and was shown to toy with a weaker Super Saiyan Gohan; being comparable to Super Perfect Cell would make him on par with Cell’s Kamehameha, which was going to destroy the solar system, which was going to be done through the process of destroying the sun)

Lifting Strength: Class G (Superior to Namek Saga Super Saiyan Son Goku, where the super saiyan transformation increases him by 50 times, putting him at this level. Superior to King Piccolo Saga Goku, who fused his untapped potential with the Oozaru within him, making his power tenfold above his previous self who moved a giant boulder with a lot of effort)

Travel Speed: Massively Hypersonic+ (Superior to Super Saiyan Son Goku on Namek, who previously in his base form traveled from Frieza's ship over to Vegeta in this timeframe)

Combat Speed: FTL (Can move on par with Super Saiyan Gohan, who is far beyond 22nd Budokai Son Goku, who could avoid a point blank laser beam, could avoid the Kamehameha which could reach the moon in a very shot timeframe, along with tagging someone who could react to a Kamehameha)

Stamina: Superhuman (Has existed for hundreds of years in a presumably hostile environment, and could outperform fighters such as Son Gohan in combat. Even after a difficult fight with Gohan, Dabura was able to casually walk away from the battle once it began to bore him)

Range: Standard Melee, Extended Melee Range with Darkness Sword & Evil Spear, Interstellar with Ki Attacks (Ki attacks can reach out of the planet and to other planets. All ki attacks should be comparable to Goku's kamehameha, which reached all the way to the sun)

Intelligence: Genius (Dabura is shown to be an extremely competent and level-headed fighter, more-so than any of his allies. He is not only capable of facing Son Gohan, who has over a decade of fighting experience, but is also presumed to have existed for countless years)

Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Chi Manipulation & Ki Manipulation (Dabura can generate Ki for attacks. All beings in Dragon Ball have ki , the very life force energy of all characters, ki allows a fighter to extend beyond their bodies limits, allowing them to even block attacks that would otherwise kill them from raising their guard, higher level users can lower their own durability to allow people far below them to fatally wound them. A users ki aura can exert itself as a weapon to attack), Attack Reflection (All Ki users are able to reflect attacks just by being stronger than their opponent. Examples include, Nappa deflecting a masenko from Son Gohan, Son Gohan being able to bounce back the spirit bomb, Son Goku deflecting a crusher ball from Jeice, Frieza deflecting a Final Burst Cannon from Vegeta, Son Goku reflecting multiple death beams back to back from Frieza, and Future Trunks being able to completely repel an energy blast with his hand from a Frieza Soldier just by being much stronger than them), Homing Attack (Ki users can create attacks that will home in and chase a target forever), Power Absorption & Transferal (Ki users can transfer their ki to others and absorb the ki given to them from others), Aura (He can surround himself in an aura of Ki. Notable Techniques

• Flight: With a mastery of Ki control, Dabura is able to fly at incredibly high speeds.
• Ki Blast: Using Ki, Dabura can concentrate it into a ball that he uses as a projectile attack.
• Ki Sense: Dabura is able to detect lifeforms and power levels from far off.
• Magic Materialization: Using magic, Dabura is able to conjure weapons for himself out of thin air, such as swords and spears, which he can use with great proficiency.
• Evil Flame: Dabura spews a stream of demonic flames from his mouth, which melts nearly anything it touches.
• Telekinesis: Dabura can telekinetically move objects, such as the barrage of boulders he telekinetically threw at Son Gohan.
• Stone Spit: By spitting onto an object, Dabura is able to immediately turn it to stone. Those turned to stone remain alive, though their stone bodies are extremely fragile. If Dabura is killed, the petrification is undone.
• Cape Swing: Dabura slices through the air with his claws, which launches streaks of Ki energy at the opponent. These ki streaks are shown to cleanly cut through nearly everything.

Other

Standard Tactics: Dabura will employ hand to hand combat along with ki attacks. He will also use his stone spit ability to petrify his foes along with using his sword in combat.

Weaknesses: Due to the nature of ki draining stamina and energy, Dragon Ball characters ki usage requires them to usually use their higher levels of energy in short bursts, allowing them to not be able to tank or die to far lower attacks such as attacks that have destroyed the planets of several worlds.

Note: Some clips used on the profile come from an anime or movie due to the fact that some abilities from ki use shouldn't function much differently from how they can in canon, along with this sometimes the anime version/video game version of a scene will be used for cleaner visuals. Toriyama himself directly overlooks scenes in the anime and movies and gives Toei the thumbs up.
