Background

Fighters (ファイター Faitā) are humanoid warriors that debuted in Kid Icarus: Uprising. Appearing exclusively in Together Mode, these soldiers compete in the divine sports of Skyworld. Their allegiance is assumed to be to Palutena's army despite never actually assisting her and Pit during the war.

Attack Potency: Large Country level (Can fight Pit and Dark Pit in small groups. Light and dark fighters are naturally trained with the firearms of Palutena's army)

Dimensionality: 3-D

Travel Speed: At least Subsonic, likely FTL (Can keep up with Pit and Dark Pit on the ground. Can escape the gravitational pull of black holes), higher with Super Speed (The Super Speed power can massively increase the ground speed of the user enough to blitz other opponents)

Combat Speed: Massively FTL+ (Uses the firearms of Palutena's army and can fight Pit and Dark Pit)

Reaction Speed: Massively FTL+

Lifting Strength: At least Class P (Can overpower Pit and Dark Pit who are comparable to Pyrrhon who spun the entire Aurum Brain around), likely Class E with Telekinesis (Should scale to the gods such as Poseidon who can split the entire ocean down the middle)

Striking Strength: At least Large Country Class (Can defeat Angels like Pit and Dark Pit in Light vs Dark)

Durability: Large Country level (Can endure attacks from Pit and Dark Pit and even survive a blast from the Daybreak), higher while amplified by Super Armor (The Super Armor power briefly increases the durability of the user and nullifies the knockback of strong attacks)

Stamina: Superhuman (Can fight their fellow fighters for an extended period of time along with Pit and Dark Pit), Limitless through specific blessings from Palutena

Range: At least Kilometers (The Wolf Claws, a weapon with lower range than other weapon types, can create explosions this big), Low Multiversal with blessings from Palutena (The Chomp Trap can transport opponents into a seperate universe)

Powers and Abilities:

Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Divine Magic, Danmaku Weapon Mastery (Has mastered several classes of weapons and obtained hundreds of weapons over his journey in uprising), H2H Proficiency, Acrobatics (Can perform dodge maneuvers such as rolls, somersaults, and other acrobatic stunts), Divine Blessings and Immortality (Type 1 and 4. Should scale to other divine beings such as Pit and Palutena who don't age. If they die, Palutena will resurrect them shortly afterwards. Pit and Palutena have even referenced several of Pit's past deaths he experienced in the first game), Self-Sustenance (Type 1. Does not need oxygen to breathe), Acausality Negation (Type 3. Killed the Chaos Kin whose origins resides in the Chaos Vortex, a dimension with irregular laws and physics), Regeneration Negation, Immortality Negation, and Soul Manipulation (Type 3, 6, and 7. Low-Godly. Given they use the same arsernal as Palutena's army, they should be able to kill Hewdraw, whose head can live despite lacking a body and even regenerate their entire body back from said head. Can kill Underworld troops, who are made from souls effectively destroying the soul in the process and characters like Medusa and Hades), Extrasensory Perception, Non-Physical Interaction, and Lower-Dimensional Manipulation (Can use Grind Rails gifted by Palutena, which only specific people can see and use. Is comparable to Pit who can interact and kill Sinistews, who exist in a one-dimensional universe), Telekinesis (Can unconsciously levitate Guardian Orbitars, which levitate even without the need to summon or control them and damages foes on their own), Poison Manipulation (The Viper Blade and Scorpio Staff can inflict a poisonous debuff), Fire Manipulation (Through various weapons such as the Wolf Claws), Water Manipulation and Ice Manipulation (Through weapons such as the Aquarius Blade, they can mold water into sharp blades and freeze opponents), Petrification (With the Stone Card, they can apply petrification through any of his weapons), Electricity Manipulation and Paralysis Inducement (The Electroshock Arm and Phosphora Bow have electrical properties that paralysis struck opponents), Limited Velocity Manipulation (Can cause foes to shake uncontrollably with the Bluster and spin their screen around making it harder to move), Mind Manipulation (The Fairy Orbitars confuse foe's when hit), Attack Nullification (Various weapons nullify incoming attacks from damaged foes), Light Manipulation (The Optical Blade has the uncanny ability to glow within the dark), Curse Manipulation and Corruption (The Gaol Blade is made from the same curse that corrupted Lord Gaol into a slave of evil), Animal Manipulation (Can summon bats with the Thanatos Staff), Enhanced Movement (Weapons such as the Brawler Claws slightly boost the wearer's movement speed), Barrier Creation (They can backflip with the Pandora Claws to create a protective barrier in front of him), Durability Negation and Lifeforce Drain (The Great Reaper Palm cuts an opponent's life in half), Weather Manipulation and Air Manipulation (The Babel Club creates a violent storm to continuously hit enemies), Earth Manipulation (Can fire massive destructive rocks with the Cragalanche Cannon), Resistance to Magic, Extreme Heats (Can fight inside Volcanoes), Status Effect Inducement, Poison Manipulation, Fire Manipulation, Electricity Manipulation, Ice Manipulation, Size Manipulation, Statistics Reduction, and Limited Velocity Manipulation (Can quickly recover from these status effects), BFR (Type 2 and 3. Should be similiar to Pit who can escape the Sinistew's pot through brute strength, which is a one-dimensional universe), Space-Time Manipulation and Immense Pain Tolerance (The Chomp Trap bends both space and time which they tanks like regular attacks), and Black Hole Creation (Can survive inside the black hole as if they were regular attacks)

Standard Equipment: Blades, Staffs, Claws, Bows, Palms, Clubs, Cannons, Orbitars, Arms, and various powers/blessings

Intelligence: At least Genius, likely higher (Fighter's are incredibly skilled in every class of weaponry they use and are trained to fight similar opponents regularly such as Pit and Dark Pit themselves)

Weaknesses: Unlike Pit and Dark Pit, they lack the wings to take advantage of Palutena's power of flight

First Blade Entrusted to Pit, this blade is just one of a new breed of armaments that combine close-quarters combat with ranged proficiency. The First Blade is well balanced in usability and strength, making it the perfect beginner's weapon.
Burst Blade While the Burst Blade has lower attack power and has the shortest range of any blade, it also fires multiple bullets at once, giving it a wide attack. Its ranged attacks have a strong potential of nullifying incoming fire.
Viper Blade A blade said to have been forged from the scales of a thousand venomous serpents. It's one of the few weapons that inflicts poison damage. Users of this blade should soothe its dark, nightly rattlings with gentle caresses.
Crusader Blade The horizontal stock crossing the barrel is packed with a substance that generates this weapon's wide-ranged shots. These shots have the strong potential for nullifying enemy fire, and the weapon's weight makes its melee attacks powerful.
Royal Blade Once the heirloom of a royal house, this blade has since been worn by time and neglect. Its most powerful shots are those used during a backward dash, making the Royal Blade perfect for a hit-and-run strategy.
Optical Blade Despite its lightness, the extreme heat this glow-in-the-dark blade generates has the ability to cut even through steel. It also has the longest range of any blade and has charged shots that grow in power slightly at long distances.
Samurai Blade The Samurai Blade is a powerful copy of a legendary sword whose curved blade was devastating in close combat. While this blade improves quickness, it has weaker ranged shots and takes time to charge.
Bullet Blade This old-school weapon uses magic to fire a hail of explosive steel bullets. The Bullet Blade doesn't have much in the way of homing ability or melee attacks, but its shots are just as strong over long distances as up close.
Aquarius Blade The Zodiac weapon bearing the sign of Aquarius. It uses extreme pressure to change water into an impossibly sharp edge. Its charged shot pushes enemies back as it damages them, and its melee attack can freeze foes.
Palutena Blade The rare example of a weapon ordered by Palutena. While its charged shots have a strong potential of nullifying enemy fire and its continuous-fire dash shots travel fast, they aren't very strong. However, its dash shots have great range.
Gaol Blade A blade forged from the same cursed material as Dark Lord Gaol's armor. While it has the most powerful ranged attacks of any blade and its charged shot has a strong homing ability, these attacks move slowly.

Note: Due to Sakurai being the prime developer for both Kid Icarus Uprising and Super Smash Bros., we can take Pit and co's abilities and dialogue as a secondary canon for Kid Icarus's lore since Palutena's guidance stays relative to Kid Icarus's story and even further fleshed it out.
