Background

Pucca is the main character and protagonist of the Pucca series.

She is a South Korean girl who is hopelessly in love with a handsome ninja in training named Garu that she is constantly trying to hug or kiss. Pucca is also the best friend of Ching.

It is revealed in the episode "Tomb It May Concern", as well as on the back of some of the Pucca DVD cases, that Pucca is the niece of Uncle Dumpling, Ho and Linguini (but it remains unknown which side of the family they come from). Pucca lives with her three uncles at the Goh-Rong Restaurant, where she works as a delivery girl. She drives around on her red scooter making deliveries to the people of the town. Pucca also has a pink cat named Yani.

Pucca is a talented musician, as shown in "And the Band Played Rong", "Sooga Size Me" and other episodes. Out of a desire to protect him, Pucca often intervenes in conflicts when Garu (unwillingly) gives up on such.

Pucca has an alter-ego named "Noodle Girl" that sometimes appears in the series.

Although Pucca is a good combatant, she can be oblivious at times causing her to learn what is happening the hard way.

Pucca has waist-length black hair (when let down) that is tied in two buns with two red hair ties, giving her an odango hairstyle and visible pink marks on her cheeks, which don't show when she grins. Although she usually keeps her eyes closed, she opens her eyes for her Garu costume ("Dance, Pucca, Dance") and she can additionally be seen with her eyes open in some official art.

Pucca is considered to be a cute and pretty girl that she has attracted several boys and they had fallen in love with her like:

She makes a parody of Sailor Moon using a magic rod to save Garu from the giant sumo wrestler, sending him into a volcano ("Tokyo A Go-Go"). Uncle Dumpling, Ho and Linguini (Pucca's uncle) asked her if she needs one of their costumes for the party, but she shows them what she was sewing, which was a costume of Garu ("Dance, Pucca, Dance").

Like Garu, Pucca does not regularly speak words, yet her reason for this is unknown. She often communicates with giggling, angry growling sounds and occasional short words like "hello", "tada" and "yu huh!" (Though there are moments where she says things like "I want").

However, Ching has said Pucca has a lovely singing voice, so rather than being incapable to speak, she chooses not to. She and Garu both sing in Hooray for Bollywood" (However, their voices are completely different than the occasional noises that they make).

Casually blitzed Garu while he was wearing the electric shoes, said shoes allowed Tobe to move as fast as lightning^[1]), likely Massively FTL (Stated to run to Garu like the speed of light. Threw Ching far out of the Earth beyond even the exosphere. Threw a lasso up to the moon in this amount of time. Did a similar feat, however she did it in less then a second. Punched Garu to another universe)

Intelligence: Genius (Can come up with plans and strategies rather quickly, and is usually the one solving a problem. Can learn ancient martial arts skills and perfect them even when seeing them be done by someone who can't use them correctly. Despite being 12 can help run a noodle shop dealing with dozens of customers and deliveries a day all the while helping out others and pursing her own activities. This also gives her mastery in culinary arts due to being raised in a resturant. Can solve disputes without needing to fight, more skilled then Master Hielkikyu and Garu in martial arts)

Standard Tactics: Pucca differs in tactics depending on how far away the enemy is. If the enemy is near she opts to physical fighting with throwing objects around her at them, if they're far away she opts to one of her abilities. Her aura depends on her being happy which under composite she would have due one of her Pucca selves always smiling. She also will start in unrestricted giving her a passive energy shield blocking attacks and manipulating the wind. It should be noted that Pucca's most usual way of dealing with someone is using BFR to remove them in multiple ways. With her mobile continuity abilities she automatically starts the battle using "Cry" constantly spams "Run". She also overtime will use one of her two ultimate attacks. With her video game continuity she will use her empathic manipulation arrows along with attacking with a metal crate. Overall, due to this being a compositing Pucca will start off with passive emapthic manipulation, statistics amplification, and spam moves like run if the enemy is near or use one of her many other abilities if the enemy is far away.

Weaknesses: If the Noodle Shop closes she loses all motivation. If Garu is present she stops whatever she's doing to run up to him.

Notable Attacks/Techniques:

Foul Weather: When Pucca becomes extremely angry she can cause a massive weather storm that covers the entirety of Sooga's land.
Noodle Whips: Throws a noodle around like a whip, having noodles long enough to reach the moon and back, she also uses it similarly to Spider-Man using it to swing around her city.
Sailor Pucca: Turns herself into a Sailor Moon parody having her shoot out a beam that can lock someone in place, negate their transformation, fusions, etc.
Funny Love: Used in a variety of different ways, she can create a heart that she can shoot around to either change someone to become morally good, create a town-wide purification explosion, or naturally have an aura that passively purifies everything around her.
Fiery Heart: Once Pucca has eaten enough spicy peppers she can enter a state where she heats her body up to set herself on fire. In this state she is completely invulnerable to attack and any of the enemies that come in contact with her are harmed.
Pucca 6 Star Ultimate: Pucca jumps into the air and proceeds to land down to the ground at fast speeds causing a massive explosion that can be seen from outside of the planet.
Pucca 3 Star Ultimate: Pucca creates a gigantic heart that causes an omnidirectional explosion defeating everything around her.
Heart Arrow: Pucca uses an arrow and gives it a homing property making the person fall in love with the first person they see upon being hit.
Pucca Skill: Pucca starts a basic combo then proceeds to spin around like a top creating a tornado defeating everyone that's near her.
Cry: Upon starting battle Pucca has an ability where she increases the entire party's attack.
Run: Pucca runs foward and collides with enemies. Deals 190% of attack as damage and makes them float.
