Inconsistency
In fiction, an inconsistency is when a character has an occurrence usually regarding power that differs from the norm. An inconsistency can work both ways, being either a low showing or a high showing. Inconsistencies should never be accepted as they mess very much with attempting to scale profiles accurately. What separates an inconsistency from an outlier is that this falls more so under whether a feat makes sense in the narrative of a verse. It falls under an all squares are rectangles but not all rectangles are squares scenario, all outliers are inconsistencies, but not all inconsistencies are outliers. You could have a consistent amount of feats but it still be contradicted by the narrative and progression of the verse.
