Background

Reno is a minor antagonist, turned supporting protagonist of the Final Fantasy VII series. As a member of the highly-classified Turks, Reno has been expertly trained. Despite his status, Reno is very light-hearted and fairly unprofessional at times, but his skill is invaluable to the Shinra Power Electric Company.

Reno is commonly paired with fellow Turk, Rude. Together, Reno and Rude are an extremely powerful duo, able to enhance each others skill simply through their teamwork. Although Reno started out as an opposing force to Cloud Strife and his party, their similar goal of saving the planet brought them to the same side.
