Civilization Type: The Type of Civilization (e.g: Pre-Industrial Civilization, Planetary Civilization, Interstellar Civilization, Galactic Civilization, etcetera)

Name: The civilization's true name, and/or common name/epithets (e.g: The Galactic Empire, The Imperium of Man, The United Federation of Planets)

First Appearance: For when a civilization first debut in a fictional work (Should note the name of the series and official chapter number, episode number, game, etcetera).

Latest Appearance: For when a civilization last appeared in a fictional work (If their latest appearance was in a non-canonical entry it should go latest canonical appearance first, then non-canonical appearance second).

Company: The company the civilization is owned by (Should be in left to right order where left is the original company that owns them and right being the current company that owns them, can also make it into a bullet point).

Creator: The original creator of the civilization, co-creators can be added too if wanted.

Origin: The name of the fiction which the civilization is from, with a link to the Verse page

Homeworld: Civilization's original past and current homeworld (Mainly for sci-fi series).

Story Role: The role the civilization plays in a story. Some normal examples are the Neutral Civilization, Heroic Civilization, Evil Civilization, etcetera. It should be noted too for massive multi-media franchises, the story role for a civilization should be noted based off the specific part of the media they're in, and if one wants to they can note what role they'd play in the overall franchise.

Classification: Nature of the Civilization, its Government Type, etcetera

Affiliations: A group that a civilization is affiliated too (Can link to a faction profile if one is made for the faction they're affiliated with).

Enemies: An enemy or enemy group that the civilization constantly fights against or has under a bounty (Can link to a faction profile if one is made for the faction they're enemies with).

Status: The existing status of the civilization (Alive, Destroyed, Other, Unknown).

Date of Death: For Destroyed civilizations that have an official death date, if there is none then the Chapter, Episode, Game, etcetera should be listed with information.

Industrial Capacity: Rate or capability in which the Civilization can produce its technologies and resources, typically for war.

Military Prowess: The number of soldiers, weapons, warmachines, ships, etcetera which the Civilization can employ in conflict.

Codex Statistics

Key: For civilizations that expand or advance through certain points of the story, insert those in bold.

Cardinality: The cardinality level the civilization is on. For civilizations with weapons that are a higher tier, these should be elaborated on in the parenthesis (in bold; add any explanations using brackets, not in bold).

Dimensionality: The current dimensionality of a civilization.

Dimensional Energy: The dimensional energy used by a civilization. As an example, the manga series Dimension W's civilization uses fourth dimensional energy.

Tier: Current Tier of the civilization (in bold).

Attack Potency: The civilization's attack power or destructive capacity (in bold; add any explanations using brackets, not in bold).

Civilization's Intelligence: Mostly based off the type of society they have and how they've made advancements to the society. A society much like Earth would get the Genius rating, while scientific and futuristic societies would vary from Extraordinary Genius to Supergenius.

Civilization's Knowledge: Mostly based off how much information and knowledge the society itself has acquired. A society much like Earth would get the Expert level rating as we have collected over thousands of years of knowledge.

Other

Note: Self-explanatory.

Explanations (Optional)

This section can be used to explain the reasons for the assigned power level of a certain civilization more in-depth, as well as how the powers and nature of the civilization fundamentally work. This is particularly useful for more high-tiered civilizations.

However, it is very important that you make sure that the text has good grammar/sentence structure, and is easy to understand.

Gallery

Put other pictures of the civilization or the character's from the civilization here.

Battle Records

Put the civilization's official canon fights here.

It should be written in the following way

  • [[Character's Name in bold]] - [A link to the fight in question]
    • Conditions: Conditions and context the civilization had or the opponent had.
    • Location: The location of the fight.
    • Note: Any extra context that needs to be added about the fight in question, normally a note saying if the civilization had preparation or not, if they would have realistically won, etcetera.

Plot important fights the civilization has won.

Other fights the civilization has won.

Plot important fights the civilization has lost.

Other fights the civilization has lost.

Plot important fights the civilization has had a draw in.

Other fights the civilization has had a draw in.

For really rare cases where there is no confirmed note for who won, lost, or if there was a draw for a fight. These are normally for fights that have no canon mention of what happened and who won.

References

Any feats listed that gives a quote from a novel or episode/manga chapter number should go in this section with a "<References/> or "{{scroll box|content={{reflist|2}}}}

Categories

For civilization profiles, always insert the category "Civilizations", as well as one with the name of the related franchise here.

You should also always add the tier for the civilization. These go from "Tier 11" to "Tier 0", and also include "Unknown Tier".

For example, the most important categories in Undertale's Underground page are "Civilizations", "Undertale", and "Tier 2".
