But I never blamed her. All I wanted was to see her smiling face. But after that day, the light left her heart.

If she is happy then... I don't mind.

This body is... the punishment that's been given to me. I was unable... to stop Professor Gast and Hojo... And Lucrecia... I was unable to stop them... All that I was able to do was watch... That is my punishment.

I was... wrong. The one that should have slept was... you, Hojo!

There was no way to cancel the experiment. I couldn't stop her. That was my sin. I let the one I loved, the one I respected most, face the worst.

The passage of time has no meaning to me. I don't care how long it's been.

Where can I buy a phone?

When Hojo and Lucrecia announced the experimentation they would perform on their child, Vincent pleaded with them to stop and do what was right. Though, when they both turned him aside, Vincent respected their choice and simply sought to do whatever made Lucrecia happy), Chaotic Good Post-Experimentation (After suffering through horrific experimentation at the hands of both Hojo and Lucrecia, and being unable to stop Lucrecia from infusing her child with Jenova Cells, Vincent has exiled himself into a coffin within the basement of Shinra Manor. He's become a ball of self-loathing, believing himself unworthy of forgiveness, nor can he forgive those who hurt him. However, despite this self-hatred and the seeming unwillingness he has to help others, Vincent's good nature is still within him. He will begrudgingly help those in need and even convinced himself to join Cloud's party, so that he may try to redeem himself for his sins. Even when he asks people to leave him out of conflict, like he did during Deepground's attack, he still finds himself helping out wherever he can regardless)
