A: This is a potent ability but has nothing to do with Attack Potency, there is no quantification for "destabilizing the flow of time", along with this, even if it was taken as physically, then it would be overtime as the effects are not noticeable throughout most of Curse of Darkness.
Q: Shouldn't Dracula and by proxy anyone that scales to him get tier 2 for him being able to sustain his castle?
A: This goes under our Stabilization Feats standards, which treats sustaining feats are non-combat applicable Attack Potency normally, though in Dracula's case the Castle is speficially powered by the existence of a Dark Lord, and doesn't necessarily need their strength to rise. In the Castlevania novel, the castle rose without a Dark Lord as an example. Q: Shouldn't Castlevania characters that scale to Death have Infinite speed due to Death being able to kill distance itself with his attacks?
A: Killing distance to attack is not a speed feat, it's a method of Spatial Manipulation by circumventing and ignoring distance, while one can say the attack spawns on you instantly, this is not really something quantifiable. Along with this, it would only scale to characters comparable to Death during post-Dawn of Sorrow, as Soma notes Death is far faster than he remembered from his fight with him in Dawn of Sorrow<Ref>Akumajo Dracula: Kabuchi no Tsuisoukyoku "This ominous vortex of magic was similar to what he felt in the [demon castle]. Powers and Techniques

Is a Creature of the Night, which gives:

Superhuman Physical Characteristics (Even the smallest creatures of the night can destroy a bridge[30], one of Dracula's bats easily destroyed a stone ground block[31]), Intimidation (Creatures of the nights appearances can cause one to have their body's cells cry out in terror[32]), Immortality (Ageless; The biggest hindrance to humans when attempting to accomplish something is their limited lifespans, a limitation that cannot be overcome, however, dwellers of the darkness do not apply to the laws of the human world, ignoring such limitations[33]. Immortal Metaphysical Aspect; Creatures of the Night can continue to exist even as a spirit and use their spirit form to form bodies out of inanimate material around them[34]), Acausality (Causality Immunity; All immortal beings disrupt the flow of time according to Aeon[35], along with ignoring the very passage of time[36]. With their souls being completely free from time[37]. The biggest hindrance to humans when attempting to accomplish something is their limited lifespans, a limitation that cannot be overcome, however, dwellers of the darkness do not apply to the laws of the human world, ignoring such limitations[38]), Free Will (Creatures of the Night do not follow the hand of God and instead choose of their own free will[39]), Empowerment (Creatures of the night are empowered by the night[40], becoming stronger when it's night time[41]), Evolution (Creatures of chaos can inherit evil natures[42] awakening into stronger enemies with new abilities and less weaknesses[43]), Resurrection (Self-Resurrection; Creatures of chaos can be brought back to life from the power of hate[44]. This has also been shown with slain heads reviving as an angry wraith[45]), Regeneration (Mid-Godly overtime; Even the castle from Castlevania is a Creature of Chaos[46], where they are always rebirth from Chaos with each rebirth, the creatures takes a new form[47], with this state being referred to as a "regeneration cycle"[48]), Invisibility (Creatures of Chaos possess a natural aura of darkness, which makes one unable to see those with an aura of darkness by the naked eye[49]), Time Manipulation (1-T, Passive; All immortal beings disrupt the flow of time according to Aeon[50]), Darkness Manipulation & Subjective Reality (Creatures of chaos very existence causes dark powers to flow beyond the control of the Elgos' grimoires, due to them collecting documented information on Dracula and his castle. Causing their power to materialize in the real world in the form of monsters[51]. With the real world and world of grimoires being considered the same or "equal"[52], compared to the like of Brauner's painting worlds that are quantum multi-layered spaces requiring understandings of theories such as "Curse Amplification"[53]), Text Manipulation & Plot Manipulation (Passive; Creatures of the night's dark powers allowed them to rewrite the Grimoires to strengthen their dark powers greatly[54]. It is noted by Lucy that the "vital soul" of a monster is the cause of the grimoire chaos[55]. Their vital souls are causing the grimoires contents to be overwritten changing history to things such as Jonathan Morris is now at a disadvantage in battle[56], or Charlotte fading from existence due to them messing with the history of the Grimoires[57], Maria starting to fade because Richter's history is being rewritten[58], where if the contents of the book change the creatures magic will keep growing and eventually overflow into reality, causing the grimoire to fall into chaos and even more monsters materializing into the real world[59]. The text alterations also make the monsters stronger[60]. With the real world and world of grimoires being considered the same or "equal"[61], compared to the like of Brauner's painting worlds that are quantum multi-layered spaces requiring understandings of theories such as "Curse Amplification"[62]), Law Manipulation (Creatures of Chaos can alter grimoires, which do not adhere to the laws of reality[63]), Power Modification (Creatures of the night alterations of the Grimoire can greatly limit the powers of those far stronger than them, such as Jonathan Morris' power being limited due to the alterations[64]. The Chaos of the Grimoire destabilized the magic of the others[65]).

Resistance to Ice Manipulation & Absolute Zero (All enemies in Castlevania III: Dracula's curse can eventually break out of being frozen from Sypha's ice magic[66]. Along with this to protect against ice attacks in series, one normally wears rings that help them resist against absolute zero[67]), Time Manipulation (1-T; All immortal beings disrupt the flow of time according to Aeon[68], with their souls being completely free from time[69]. With time in Castlevania being so potent that not even eternity can withstand time[70], along with even artificial life being subject to the laws of time[71]. Some creatures of chaos are immune to time stop, normally being boss-level creatures[72]), Fate Manipulation (Temporal Fate; All immortal beings disrupt the flow of time according to Aeon[73], with their souls being completely free from time[74], with fate being a truth wound by time[75])

Equipment

• Chains: As The Creature is commonly chained up, he can rip from his chains and use them as weapons against others.
• Hammer: A giant hammer The Creature wields in Symphony of the Night against 1700s Alucard.
• Whip: A giant whip that The Creature Wields in Castlevania: Bloodlines against John Morris & Eric Lecarde, he can use it to block projectiles and attack from a distance.

Notable Techniques

• Debris Avalanche: The Creature stomps the ground, causing a cascade of bricks to fall from the ceiling, creating a hazardous rain of debris.
• Brick Toss: The Creature pulls out a brick and hurls it in an arc toward the opponent, demonstrating his strength and accuracy.
• Relentless March: The Creature steadily marches across the room, only pausing to execute his attacks, showcasing his persistence and intimidation.

Other

Standard Tactics

• Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse:
• The Creature enters from the left side of the screen and moves back and forth across the floor.
• It stomps the ground, causing an avalanche of bricks to fall from the ceiling.
• If the falling debris misses, the Creature will throw a stone block at the player in an arced path.
• Castlevania: The Adventure ReBirth:
• The Creature summons a sphere of electric energy.
• It generates an electric current that slides along the ground.
• It can use both attacks simultaneously.
• Castlevania
• NES:
• The Creature's head detaches from its neck and flies around the room.
• Snakes grow from the Creature’s hair and slither along the floor, attempting to bite the player.
• The Creature attacks by summoning snakes and using them as projectiles.
• The head flies around while the snakes attack in various patterns.
• Haunted Castle:
• Frankenstein strikes the back wall, causing large boulders to fall from the ceiling.
• He brandishes chains to attack the player, swinging them when the player gets too close.
• Hunchbacks from the previous screen may join the fight if not dealt with beforehand.
• Haunted Castle Revisited:
• The Creature remains chained to the wall, but causes more debris to fall from above.
• Hunchbacks spawn periodically during the fight.
• A reanimated skeleton on the right desk activates the power switch, allowing the Creature to move to the right; attacking the skeleton stops the power, retracting the chains and pulling the Creature back to the left wall.
• Super Castlevania IV:
• The Creature moves back and forth across the room.
• Throws chemical flasks:
• Pink flask: Creates a small flame on the floor; can be destroyed if hit before activation.
• Green flask: Explodes in mid-air, causing flames to fall; cannot be blocked.
• Gray flask: Spawns a copy of the Creature when it hits the floor; the copy must be destroyed to end the process.
• Castlevania Chronicles:
• Frankenstein's Monster is revived by electricity bolts from a machine.
• Slowly marches toward the player while swinging a chain.
• Occasionally stops to perform a dash attack.
• The environment layout allows the player to avoid fighting him, such as by climbing stairs to get above and run away.
• Castlevania: Rondo of Blood:
• Franken has three methods of attack which he'll pull off in a random fashion with little to no warning:
• Grabs the player in a choke hold that, if they don't manage to shake free, can quickly lead to death.
• Generates an electric blast from his hands which he then launches at the player.
• Jumps and stomps on the ground, causing debris to come crashing down.
• Castlevania: Symphony of the Night:
• Creature has a sledgehammer as its primary weapon.
• Slams the hammer into the ground.
• Rolls into a ball, using the room’s slopes to increase speed and roll on walls and ceilings.
• When kneeling, it rolls across the floor, hitting walls and then reversing direction.
• The Creature can be damaged while attacking or standing.
• Castlevania: Bloodlines:
• Frankenstein is encountered midway through The Munitions Factory as a sub-boss.
• Strikes the floor to produce a lightning bolt that travels across the screen.
• Swings a long chain wrapped around his wrist.
• Does not wander much in this title.
• When he swings the chain, jump away. When he releases it straight, crouch. When he unleashes the lightning bolt, jump to the platform on the left.

Trivia

• The Creature is based on the monster created by Dr. Victor Henry Frankenstein from the classic horror tale Frankenstein; or, The Modern Prometheus by Mary Shelley. The monster is often mistakenly called "Frankenstein", although her name for the Creature, though not used in the novel, was "Adam", in reference to the Biblical "first man".
• However, Frankenstein is a last name and as Victor Frankenstein created Adam, he would be his surrogate father, thus The Creature's full name would be Adam Frankenstein, thus Frankenstein would technically by all means be apart of his name.
• Another contradiction from the original creature is that the monster is given an ugly, grotesque image, however the original creature was tall, handsome, and beautiful with the only issue being that his eyes looked weird.
• Up until Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, the Creature was generally referred to as "Frankenstein" within the games. In most Japanese titles, it was called "Franken" instead (or slight variations of it).
• This has been a common misconception that is not limited to the Castlevania series, but probably since the character's introduction into pop culture media. However, the name "Frankenstein" is actually the surname of its creator, Victor Frankenstein. In the novel, the monster is never given a name and is instead called by different monikers, including "creature", "fiend", "spectre", "demon", "wretch", "devil", "thing", "being", "ogre", and most properly, "Frankenstein's monster".
• The Frankenstein Monster sprite from Vampire Killer features the iconic screws on the neck; however, all other sprites from the different versions of the original Castlevania –which share the same or similar sprites– don't have these screws.
• On a related note, most incarnations of the Creature along the Castlevania series and its spin-offs don't feature the screws at all. It is unknown if this was due to different artistic approaches or just for detail limitations (some people even speculate it could have been to avoid potential copyright issues with the Universal films specific depiction of the character).
• A few games depict the monster with the screws on the forehead instead, these include: Kid Dracula (both the NES/Famicom and Game Boy version), Symphony of the Night, Circle of the Moon, and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
• While in Portrait of Ruin, the Creature uses the same sprite from Rondo of Blood, the screws on his neck were edited out for unknown reasons.
• The Creature's overall appearance was reused for a few other enemies in Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia, including Enkidu, Rebuild, and a gigantic boss version of it named Goliath.
• The Creature makes a brief appearance in the 1993 Konami arcade game Quiz Gakumon no Susume.

Codex Statistics Questions

Q: Shouldn't the characters be around tier 2 for defeating the Time Reaper who would've destroyed the very fabric of time[102], attempted to destroy the specific era of time[103], cause all beings everywhere to disappear, forever[104] and that the age was on the verge of collapse[105]?

A: We actually never get a direct outright method of Time Reaper's plan for doing this, from what Aeon mentions to Golem, if the Time Rift is not erased, all beings everywhere will disappear, forever[106], implying that it's the Time Rift causing this, this is further backed up by the fact that in Time Reaper's boss fight, there is a vortex in the background consuming everything[107], meaning this is an overtime feat that scales to no one physically.

Q: Shouldn't they get tier 2 for Dracula's influence destabilizing the flow of time[108]?

Along with this, no one scales to the collapse of the castle, in Curse of Darkness Hector would've died to the collapse of the castle if[109] Julia didn't come save him, and Isaac died within the castle[110]. In other cases the Castle does not collapse[111], but instead slowly fades away[112]. At the end of Dawn of Sorrow Soma Cruz and Genya Arikado (aka Alucard must escape the collapsing abyss.

Along with this, it would only scale to characters comparable to Death during post-Dawn of Sorrow, as Soma notes Death is far faster than he remembered from his fight with him in Dawn of Sorrow[113].
