Power Source: Ki (All beings in Dragon Ball[3][4][5] have ki, the very life force energy of all characters[6], ki allows a fighter to extend beyond their bodies limits, allowing them to even[7] block attacks that would otherwise[8] kill them from[9] raising their guard[10], higher level users can lower their own durability to allow people far below them to fatally wound them[11])
Attack Potency: At least Island level (Is the strongest warrior from Future Trunks's memories, trained with Trunks for half a year. This Goku has gone through the events of Dragon Ball GT, meaning he should be superior to himself in the Buu Saga, due to having trained for seven years straight since, and then five more years on top of that, where during Buu Saga he was unimpressed by Dabura's power, who he compared to Perfect Cell, who is far superior to his Semi-Perfect form, who destroyed several islands with several blast. This base Goku is also aware of Broly, meaning the events of Broly - The Legendary Super Saiyan happened, where in base form he could fight off and harm Restrained Super Saiyan Broly), Higher with Biting (Goku can bite opponents he previously could not harm to do some damage), Far Higher in Super Saiyan Transformations, Much Higher with Strongest Charged Blast (His strongest charged blast by this point should be superior to Super Perfect Cell's solar kamehameha which is shown that if it succeeded, it would've destroyed the entire planet) | At least Island level, Higher with Biting, Far Higher with Super Saiyan Transformations (Fought and held his own against Super Saiyan Blue Goku, who is based off his post-Tournament of Power self which is superior to his Super Saiyan Blue Kaioken x10 self from Universe 6 vs Universe 7 arc as he fought Hit later on in just Super Saiyan Blue), Much Higher with Strongest Charged Blast | At least Island level, Higher with Biting, Far Higher with Super Saiyan Transformations, Even Higher with Super Saiyan 4 Limit Breakthrough (Recieved a massive power boost similar to that of the Super Saiyan God, greatly increasing his strength), Much Higher with Strongest Charged Blast | At least Island level, Higher with Biting, Far Higher with Super Saiyan Transformations, Even Higher with Super Saiyan 4 Limit Breakthrough , Much Higher with Strongest Charged Blast

Lifting Strength: At least Class 25 (Able to casually fight while carrying 8 tons. Comparable to Vegeta, who trained in 300 times gravity, where Vegeta is naturally 56 kg, making him 16,800 kg or 16.8 tons), Class 50 as Super Saiyan (Could casually fight while carrying 40 tons), Far Higher with Super Saiyan Transformations | At least Class 25, Class 50 as Super Saiyan, Far Higher with Super Saiyan Transformations | At least Class 25, Class 50 as Super Saiyan, Far Higher with Super Saiyan Transformations | At least Class 25, Class 50 as Super Saiyan, Far Higher with Super Saiyan Transformations
Travel Speed: Relativistic (Far superior to Super Saiyan Gotenks who flew around the earth a few dozen times in this time frame. Superior to Super Saiyan Son Goku on Namek, who previously in his base form traveled from Frieza's ship over to Vegeta in this timeframe), Higher with Super Saiyan forms | At least At most Relativistic, Higher with Super Saiyan | At least At most Relativistic, Higher with Super Saiyan | At least At most Relativistic, Higher with Super Saiyan

Stamina: Superhuman (Is capable of being in pain for almost 6 hours straight and refusing to die. Should be comparable to Vegeta who stood thinking for three days without showing any signs of tiring or growing hungry)
Range: Standard Melee, Interstellar with Ki Attacks (Ki attacks can reach out of the planet and to other planets. All ki attacks should be comparable to Goku's kamehameha, which reached all the way to the sun), Interstellar with Instant Transmission (Instant Transmission. Can forcibly send his opponent to other places such as heaven)
Intelligence: At least Below Average, possibly Above Average academics wise (While training with Master Roshi he learned about Math & Calculus, though Goku has displayed he can’t count beyond 18 after being explained to him what comes after 18 he was able to quickly count past it, along with this he has shown to have better understanding academically of situations), Genius Intelligence combat wise (Copies a kamehameha after seeing it once, which is supposed to take 50 years to learn according to Roshi, copied Master Roshi’s ultimate technique the afterimage after seeing it done, could copy Tien’s solar flare and his flying technique and could copy the demon clan’s air ki techniques. Goku is an incredibly skilled fighter to the point that he is able to easily outskill trained Martial Artists such as Krillin and Yamcha and match prodigies such as Tien and even nearly beat his Master, Roshi, after training with him for a few months)
Powers and Techniques
Limited Resistance to Durability Negation (Ki users can focus their energy to localize an object to a specific spot to stop them from attempting to destroy their organs/insides[99]), Resistance to Poison Manipulation (Can resist poisons through Forcefield Creation[100])
Equipment
- Power Pole: A magical, length-changing staff originally used by Xeno Goku in his youth. In World Mission, Chronoa acquired it and gave it to Xeno Goku to wield as a Time Patroller.
- Senzu Bean: Mystical beans with immense rejuvenation properties. In World Mission, he is provided with a bag a Senzu Beans by Chronoa along with his Power Pole and Time Patrol Uniform.
- Potara: Earrings worn by Supreme Kais and their apprentices. Despite being worn so casually, they have incredible properties, allowing two individuals to fuse or permitting the wearer to use the Time Rings.
- Turtle School Gi: A markless version of Gi worn by members of the Turtle School. In World Mission, Xeno Goku briefly wears this before switching to his official Time Patrol Uniform provided by Chronoa. According to Goku, it feels weird wearing clothes other than his normal Gi.
Notable Techniques
- Flight: The ability to take flight through the manipulation of ki.
- Ki Blast: The most basic form of energy wave.
- Kaio-ken: Xeno Goku learns this technique after dying against his world's Raditz while training under King Kai. While using it and any of its multipliers, Xeno Goku's various capacities and techniques are all proportionally increased. However, the strain of using too high a multiplier and/or for too long can be dangerous and greatly damage his body.
- Bojustu: Due to having wielded the Power Pole in battle as a weapon since childhood like his counterparts, Xeno Goku is master of the art of fighting with a staff specifically the Power Pole which has greater range compared to a traditional staff thanks to its magical property to change size. However as a Time Patroller, Xeno Goku wields the Power Pole which Chronoa provided for him. In the manga version of the Dark King Mechikabura Saga, Xeno Goku uses the Power Pole in his battle with Demon God Salsa who was guarding the blue Hell Gate, using the pole's ability to extend to catch the Demon God off guard showing his skill with the weapon hasn't diminished despite having wielded it very little in his adult life.
- Sudden Halberd Great Fist: Xeno Goku repeatedly hits the target with the Power Pole, knocking them into the air, and finishes by extending the pole into their chest to launch them away. Xeno Goku's Super Attack in his Super Saiyan form during the Universe Creation Saga in Dragon Ball Heroes.
- Kamehameha: A powerful ki blast fired with two hands after concentrating a large amount of ki.
- Super Kamehameha: A stronger version if the Kamehameha invented by Xeno Goku and his counterparts within their respective timelines. Xeno Goku's Super Attack in his base form in World Mission.
- 10x Kamehameha: Xeno Goku fires a power Kamehameha 10 times stronger than usual in Super Saiyan 4.
- Instant Kamehameha: Used by Super Saiyan 3 Xeno Goku as his Super Attack in Dragon Ball Z: Dokkan Battle and Dragon Ball Heroes. In World Mission, it is named Warp Kamehameha.
- Instant Transmission 10x Kamehameha: Used by Super Saiyan 4 Xeno Goku as his super attack in Dragon Ball Heroes. In World Mission, it is named x10 Warp Kamehameha.
- God Kamehameha: A powerful variation of the Kamehameha.
- Super God Shock Flash: Goku places hand with his index and middle fingers out near his opponents chest then makes a fist to deliver a hard punch to the opponent's gut that blasts them away with a powerful shock-wave. Used by base Xeno Goku as his super attack in Dragon Ball Heroes. In World Mission, it is named Super Dragon Flash.
- Dragon Fist: A rush technique that causes a giant gold serpentine-dragon to appear as the user punches through their opponent's body.
- Full Power Dragon Fist: A much stronger variant used by Xeno Goku in his Super Full Power Saiyan 4 Limit Breaker form.
- Double Ultimate Dragon Fist: Two Dragon Fists, one used by Xeno Goku and the other used by a partner in a team attack.
- Limit Breaker Double Ultimate Dragon Fist: A variant of Double Dragon Fist, Xeno Goku and a partner both using Limit Breaker Dragon Fists in a team attack.
- EX Spirit Bomb: A type of CAA Special Ability and stronger version if the Spirit Bomb used by Xeno Goku in World Mission. Number of ally supporters boosts DMG. Only 1 card with EX Spirit Bomb type CAA Special Ability can be activated once per battle.
- EX Spirit Bomb Enervator: A variation of EX Spirit Bomb used by Xeno Goku in World Mission. When Goku is an Attacker from R2 onwards, use EX Spirit Bomb Enervator during his Attack Phase. Successfully perform card action to deal DMG to enemy. Number of allies boosts DMG. Ace for a permanent -2000 PWR to all enemies.
- Unknown EX Spirit Bomb: A variation of EX Spirit Bomb used by Super Saiyan 4 Xeno Goku in World Mission. When Goku is an Attacker from R2 (Round 2) onwards, use Unknown EX Spirit Bomb during his Attack Phase. Successfully perform card action to deal DMG to enemy. Number of allies boosts DMG. Ace for a permanent -3000 PWR to all enemies & permanently increase enemy team CI (Charge Impact) speed.
- Spirit Control: An advanced ki manipulation ability that allows its user to achieve a multitude of abilities.
- Instant Transmission: A technique for traveling long distances instantly. This action is usually accompanied by the user placing his index and middle fingers on his forehead to help him concentrate, though if extra time is taken the technique can be performed without this aid.
- Fusion Dance: A short series of poses that are performed by two characters of equal power levels and roughly equal size. To correctly perform the Fusion, the fusees must strike the poses in a perfectly symmetrical image of one another. The result of a correctly performed Fusion Dance is a superior being whose power is multiplied several-fold over that of the individual fusees.
Other
Standard Tactics: Goku will employ hand to hand combat along with ki attacks.
Weaknesses
- Standard Ki Weaknesses: Due to the nature of ki draining stamina and energy, Dragon Ball characters ki usage requires them to usually use their higher levels of energy in short bursts, using a large amount of ki overtime can greatly weaken them to the point that characters far lower then them can actually harm them with attacks[126]. Taking large amounts of damage can greatly deplete a ki users attacks, making it where attacks that would otherwise kill massively weakened characters, only pushes them back[127]. Ki users that are able to ki sense cannot do it when their guard is dropped, such as when Vegeta was able to sneak attack Son Goku during the end of their fight in the Buu Saga[128]. Despite some ki users being able to reach blasts that can destroy planets through charged attacks or techniques[129][130][131][132], they have not shown to be able to tank such blasts themself[133][134][135], with attacks that have[136] destroyed several[137] planets in the series always killing the character. Even characters such as Majin Buu's body cannot withstand the energy of a planet exploding.
- Turtle Hermit Style Weaknesses: As the style does not incorporate any real fighting techniques[138], it has a heavy reliance on durability[139], stamina[140], muscles and speed[141], along with agility[142], thus anyone with superior statistics then them can easily overpower this style[143], along with this any character capable of using attacks that bypass defense altogether such as pressure point strikes can easily overcome a turtle hermit style user, even if they use extra forms and techniques to heighten their defenses[144]. Thus anyone with techniques that ignore statistics or are simply higher in statistics than a Turtle Hermit Style user can easily overcome this style.
- Unique Weaknesses: Goku will not immediately go all out during a battle to size up his opponent and see how strong they are unless he openly needs too, making his guard low in some cases.
Note
- Some clips used on the profile come from an anime or movie due to the fact that some abilities from ki use shouldn't function much differently from how they can in canon, along with this sometimes the anime version/video game version of a scene will be used for cleaner visuals. Toriyama himself directly overlooks scenes in the anime and movies and gives Toei the thumbs up[145].
- The speed scaling for PLs are taken with a grain of salt as there are noticeable times where someone's speed isn't equal to their power, such as Burter being faster then Recoome and Jeice, along with Super Saiyan Grade 3 Trunks having his power greatly increased but his speed decreased.
